Privacy Policy

Quoqo Counsel is operated by Quoqo, Inc. (“Quoqo”, “we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the service at counsel.quoqo.app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information — your name, email, workspace and team membership.
• Contract content — the documents you upload for review and the analysis and work product generated from them.
• Usage information — logs and telemetry needed to operate the service, diagnose problems, and meter reviews.
• Billing information — subscription and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

We use your information to produce the work product you request, operate and secure your account, meter and bill your usage, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your information.

Producing a review runs the relevant document text through Quoqo’s own managed LLM service. This processing is transient and scoped to generating your result, and your content is never used to train or fine-tune any model. See Security & Subprocessors for the vendors that support the service.

Your data is hosted in the United States. Documents and generated artifacts are stored in Cloudflare R2; application data runs on Railway-managed PostgreSQL. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS, and stored data is encrypted at rest.

We retain your content for the life of your account so you can return to your work. You can delete documents and analyses at any time, and we delete your workspace content within 60 days after your account is closed, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Contract analysis runs on Quoqo’s own managed LLM service. A small set of vendors supports the rest of the service — hosting, storage, and payments — each listed, with what it processes, on our Security & Subprocessors page.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at sales@quoqo.com. We respond within a reasonable period and in line with applicable law.

We isolate each customer’s data using database row-level security, restrict internal access on a least-privilege basis, and encrypt data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to disclose incidents responsibly. Details are on our Security page.

Quoqo Counsel is a business tool and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We operate the service from the United States. If you use it from another country, you consent to processing your information in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your own.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
