Product
What does a review produce?
A complete work package: an executive memorandum, a negotiation brief, a redline package with tracked changes, an issue register, a board brief, and a counterparty email — from one contract.
What do DERIVED and DRAFTED mean?
DERIVED marks facts the product establishes deterministically from your document. DRAFTED marks our judgment, written for your review. The two are always labelled so you can tell them apart.
Can I regenerate deliverables?
Yes. One review unlocks every deliverable and every regeneration — they are included, not billed separately.
Data & security
Do you train AI models on my contracts?
No. Your contract content is never used to train or fine-tune any AI model. It is processed by Quoqo’s own managed LLM service transiently, only to produce your analysis.
Where is my data stored?
In the United States — documents and artifacts in Cloudflare R2, application data on Railway-managed PostgreSQL, encrypted in transit and at rest. See Security.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete documents and analyses at any time, and we delete workspace content after your account closes. See the Privacy Policy.
Who are your subprocessors?
Contract analysis runs on Quoqo’s own managed LLM service. A short list of vendors supports storage, hosting, and payments — each named on our Security & Subprocessors page.
Billing
What counts as a review?
One completed contract review meters one unit of usage. Everything that review produces — all six deliverables and their regenerations — is included.
What is included for free?
The Free plan includes a small monthly number of reviews with every deliverable, watermarked, so you can see the whole work package on your own contract. See Pricing.
What happens past my included reviews?
Reviews beyond your plan’s pooled monthly volume are billed as overage at your plan’s per-review rate.
How do seats work?
Each plan includes a number of users; additional seats are billed per user per month at your plan’s rate.

Is Quoqo Counsel legal advice?
No. It is decision support — analysis and drafted work product for review by qualified counsel. It does not replace a lawyer.
Is there an attorney-client relationship?
No. Using Quoqo Counsel does not create an attorney-client relationship. See the Terms.
